PETER HEFFLEY
Peter Heffley was raised in an "Avionics" family, and beginning in the late 60's, started working weekends and summers at the family avionics shop.
After graduating from Richland High School, Peter secured full-time employment with Air Carrier Electronics at Fort Worth Meacham Field. While with the company, he balanced college while obtaining pilot ratings and learning the radio business.

By the late 70's, Peter was managing most aspects of the Repair Station and soon promoted to partner, with the title of Vice-President/ General Manager.

In 1987, Peter took a position as pilot with Metro Airlines, later known as American Eagle Airlines, while remaining with Air Carrier Electronics until the company sold in 1992.

He continued with American Eagle Airlines for 23 years, 8 years as a Simulator Check Airman, and later transferred to American Airlines. As Peter got closer to retirement from AA, he became more involved in the Avionics industry.
